WHAT I DO
Personal Training
I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Training clients individually in person or through zoom. My personal training memberships are for meeting with me 1, 2, or 3 times a week for an hour on a monthly basis.
LOSE WEIGHT
Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great.


STRENGTH TRAINING
Want to get strong and increase muscle mass, my program will help you build up your strength.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Either playing a sport for school, recreation, or an event my program will help improve strength and conditioning.


MAINTENANCE
Maintaining your body or just want to move and stay active feeling great and confident while benefiting from your daily activities.
